Luke Davies grew up on Tasmanian dairy farms and started a building business during the GFC. Twenty-three years later: $100M+ of custom homes, fifty-odd industry awards, and three companies built. Now documenting how AI is reshaping the way we build.

His passion is personal, born from a childhood on dairy farms and a drive to build better, healthier spaces than the ones he grew up in. After overcoming early business struggles, Luke discovered his true purpose: to create healthier people and a healthier planet through the art of building.

Today, he shares the systems and philosophies he has developed to help others build more fulfilling lives and a more sustainable future.

Based in Tasmania, Luke runs three companies: Davies Construction, an award-winning custom home builder; Future Builder, an education platform for construction business owners; and Align Architecture and Interiors, an architecture and interiors studio designing homes that align with how you live.
